Just a gentle space to stop, breathe, and do… absolutely nothing.

Taking 45 minutes at the start of your week to reconnect with what matters most will help you get to Friday without feeling like a hamster on a wheel, disconnected from yourself and the energy that truly moves you.
 

DO-NOTHING MEDITATION (DNM)

 

This isn’t your typical meditation. Do-Nothing Meditation is a radically simple practice: You sit, and let everything be as it is.

You don’t try to concentrate.
You don’t try to fix your thoughts or redirect them.
You don't even have to be mindful of your thoughts (phew, right!)
You just… stop.

And in that stopping, something shifts. 

 

 

A SESSION INCLUDES

  • A short welcome + gentle setup
  • A 5-min "do-nothing" meditation (warm up) 
  • A 20-minute “do nothing” meditation
  • A soft closing and optional reflection

 

No experience needed. Come as you are. Cameras optional (but are a nice way to connect with the group, and bad hair days are welcome!).
